Kevin and Susan Navarro come to Novo and Imago Christi with 33 years of ministry experience. They have served in various leadership roles with mission organizations and in local churches. Kevin has also taught pastoral theology, spiritual theology and liturgical theology at Denver Seminary, A.W. Tozer Theological Seminary, Pacific Rim Christian College and at the University of Manchester, UK. Kevin and Susan are the proud parents of four sons and one daughter.

Kevin desires to offer hope and perspective to leaders in the trenches. Many of these leaders are discouraged and need encouragement. Others are lonely and need a brother in Christ. Others are working through criticism or betrayal and need reassurance of their calling. Others are going through transitions and need lifelong leadership perspective. "I desire to offer to others what has been offered to me through my own leadership mentors, counselors, and spiritual directors. Also, I desire to see leaders serve from a place of intimacy with Jesus. Finally, I desire to see leaders have encounters with God’s Empowering Presence and to minister in the power of the Spirit.”

Susan desires to come alongside spouses of ministry leaders, as well as their kids, helping to address isolation and loneliness. She has a passion for women to rediscover God's love through abiding prayer. Finally, she wants to develop spiritual formation resources for children.
